Rates are based on single/double occupancy (max 2 persons). Prices are inclusive of GST. Deposit of first night's tariff taken from credit card to secure booking. Balance to be payed on arrival by Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, BankCard, debit card, direct credit or cash.

High season: December - January, Public Holidays, Special Margaret River Events.
Shoulder season: February - April, September - November, July School Holidays
Low season: May - August.

Less than 10 days notice: 1 nights Tariff
All other cancellations will incur a $50 Administration Fee
